RN - Operating Room (OR)

OR RN Unit: Operating Room Schedule: 23:30-07:00 Call: 3-4 call shifts every 6 weeks for 8 hours each Duration: 13-weeks ASAP start (exact date dependent on EPIC experience/training schedule)

Requirements: Must have active VA or Compact License in hand at submission BLS 2 years experience in OR Level II Trauma center preferred experience with Trauma, neuro, ortho spine, general surgery, robotics, eyes/ENT EPIC: OP TIME (OR) TRAVELER VACCINE INFO: The Flu vaccine is required during flu season (Oct 1st - Mar 31st). If your traveler is requesting a religious or medical Flu exemption, it will be the responsibility of the agency to ensure the traveler’s request complies with CMS guidelines. Qualivis will review/approve each request with supporting documentation. COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical Exemptions Only
