Our Dispatch Team is looking for a Software Developer to join the U-Haul family. This person must be ready to immerse themselves in the world of customer service. The applications managed by this team are high performance, in high demand and are used by locations across the U.S., and Canada.

This is a position for people who want to develop cutting-edge systems that combine the cloud, AI and web technologies to provide customers with a first-class experience. Developers on this team must strive to provide a simple, easy to understand process that allows any customer to rent our equipment at any time. This system includes both internal-facing web experiences and the data that manages them. If you have a passion for being a part of our company's continued success and building a positive user experience using technology, this is the team for you.

Required Qualifications:

  • Have a strong background with these technologies:

    • C#

    • .NET Framework

    • .NET Core

    • MVC

    • React

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Redis

  • Strong communication skills

  • Understands Agile and Scrum methodologies

  • Communicates complex technical problems in a manner that non-technical people can understand

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Technology, OR 2-3 years of experience in Software Development
