Caremark LLC, a CVS Health Company, is hiring for the following role in New York, NY: Manager, Marketing to Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies for CVS Health. Duties include: support strategy development and leading the execution and implementation of marketing plans focused on driving growth within CVS retail business areas; perform marketing creative work, including writing strategic marketing briefs and collaborating with business partner stakeholders on strategy review process; formulate and coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services, working with the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections; leverage consumer insights, healthcare and PBM market trends, and internal data to determine viable business opportunities and translate them into an effective marketing plan; develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction while leveraging sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends; recommend modifications to products, packaging, production processes, or other characteristics to improve the environmental soundness or sustainability of products; and advise business or other groups on local, national, or international factors affecting the buying or selling of products or services. Hybrid position: remote work permitted but must live within commuting distance of designated office location and remain available to report to office as needed and required. Multiple positions.

- Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing Management or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related
occupation. Position requires one (1) year of experience in each of the following:

Marketing in healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits;
Digital marketing platforms, creative production, and vendor management;
Supporting B2B marketing efforts , including downstream / commercial marketing, product management, communications, and business consulting;
Preparing data-based story telling presentations;
Sales collateral development;
Planning and executing of marketing campaigns; and
Conducting market and competitive intelligence research.

Pay Range: $156894.00/year to $159120.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
