Role Summary

The Signify Capacity Management team is seeking an Operations Analyst to own the capacity and operational performance for specific assigned markets. In this role, you will execute strategies to maximize fill rates and optimize provider logistics to ensure client goals and SLAs are met within your territory. You will have the opportunity to interact with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and reduce unmet demand

Key Responsibilities

  • Defines and optimizes market-specific dialing strategies to ensure client goals are met.

  • Monitors market health and executes strategies to maximize fill rates (In-Home and Virtual) for assigned territories.

  • Identifies and addresses "Low Fill" clinicians to ensure utilization meets network thresholds.

  • Analyzes Week-over-Week (WoW) trends to identify performance gaps and provides daily updates on market status.

  • Manages Salesforce (SF) cases for assigned markets, ensuring they are addressed within the 24-hour SLA.

  • Executes strategies to minimize Unmet Demand %, prioritizing high-value clients and clearing near-term capacity daily.

  • Updates drive time settings and route planning to minimize clinician drive times.

  • Investigates root causes of cancellations and adjusts planning to improve retention


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Logistics, or related field. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered instead of a college degree.

  • 1 or more years of relevant professional experience in operations, logistics, or data analysis.

  • Experience using Google Suite to include sheets, slides, and calendar management.

  • Experience using Excel spreadsheets and/or PowerBI to analyze data trends.

  • Executing high-volume transactional processes that support our roadmap of strategic initiatives that are evolving the business.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using SQL for data querying and analysis.

  • Prior healthcare experience desired.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple market priorities simultaneously.

  • Self-starter who can identify operational issues and propose solutions proactively.

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $85,068.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
