Job description

Eminence Home Care is seeking an HR Coordinator responsible for managing personnel documentation and supporting the agency’s onboarding, payroll, and benefits processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient day-to-day HR operations across multiple entities, including Acadia Bloomfield and Citadel at Home DBA Eminence Home Care.

  • Manage and renew HHA licenses, ensuring all compliance requirements are current and accurately uploaded in the system.
  • Maintain organized employee records and compliance documentation; process employment letters, verifications, and student forms in Arla.
  • Coordinate bilingual orientation sessions, onboarding workflows, and new hire documentation
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials; ensure successful registration and system access for new hires.
  • Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries, update direct deposit and PTO records, and process WOTC submissions.
  • Provide system support and retraining for HHAs on softwares such as HHAeXchange and Arla.
  • Collaborate with Compliance to ensure timely completion of all required training and certifications.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR or administrative experience in Home Care, Healthcare, or PEO-based systems.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
