Position Summary

CVS Health's Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) is an organization working to solve some of the most challenging problems at the intersection of technology and healthcare. A&BC leverages advanced analytics, machine learning, modeling, and a hypothesis-driven approaches to transform data into actionable, customer-centric insights to drive growth, improve health outcomes and access to health care across all our businesses in CVS Health. Our teams build next generation data and machine learning platforms and software products that help power CVS Health to make healthier happen for 100+ million customers.

The A&BC organization is looking to grow its Product function. Join us as we embark on an exciting journey to drive a transformational shift in how CVS Health leverages technology and analytics to become the leader in healthcare in the U.S.

As a Senior Product Manager within A&BC, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of AI and advanced analytic powered capabilities and applications for internal users. This role will support the Health Care Delivery Analytics team, building AI and advanced analyticspowered products that enable datadriven decisionmaking across care delivery settings (e.g., clinics, providers, operations, and care teams). These products will focus on improving clinical operations, access, quality, capacity, and efficiency through scalable, productionready AI solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of product management, data analytics, software applications, and business strategy. The ideal candidate will work effectively with cross-functional teams to bring analytics-focused products to production and scale. Additionally, as a Product Manager, you will support the dissemination of best practices (design thinking, agile methodologies and more) to support A&BC in its product transformation.

Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse set of senior stakeholders across analytics, engineering, Health Care Delivery, and operations to align on priorities, goals, and roadmap decisions for AIenabled healthcare delivery products

Conduct user research, usability testing, and SME interviews and cross functional stakeholder alignment to align on business needs and requirement

Collaborate with designers to create UX flows, wireframes and designs

Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications to communicate feature requirements to data science, engineering and stakeholder teams

Support engineering and data science teams to implement features by clarifying requirements, facilitating squad ceremonies, and helping technical team members to understand users and business needs

Manage product backlog, facilitate problem solving, scoping, and prioritization across teams

Run day-to-day planning and ceremonies, and champion Agile practices

Clarify and coordinate dependencies with other teams and stakeholders

Define, monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization

Support business case for AI and analytics investments in Health Care Delivery, including value sizing, impact measurement, and tradeoff discussions Partner with end-users, stakeholders, and leadership to continuously evolve the product roadmap

Demonstrate and support dissemination of best practices for product ways of working and champion change management

Required Qualifications

5+ years' experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management role

3+ years' experience working cross-functionally with Data Science and/or Engineering teams

3+ years' experience working with SMEs to uncover nuances in ambiguous system processes, preferably in healthcare or operational settings

3+ years' experience with stakeholder management

3+ years' experience working with Agile methodologies and software

3+ years' demonstrated ability to drive outcomes in complex environment

2+ years' experience building workflow and decision support capabilities that leverage AI, ML or other advanced analytics

Preferred Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Self-starter interested in leveraging new AI tools and new technology to improve productivity

Excellence in prioritization and aligning senior stakeholders on an unified vision

Experience with healthcare operations (e.g., payor, provider), healthcare technology, or enterprise workflow efficiency tools in non-healthcare domains

Experience with user adoption strategies and change management for frontline operations teams

Strong Excel/SQL/analytics capability

Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, especially in taking a product from concept through launch

The ideal candidate should be passionate about improving healthcare delivery through data, analytics, and AI, and for contributing to transformational change across the healthcare system

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, Economics or a related quantitative field

Master's degree or MBA preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$142,140.00 - $284,280.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
