Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Richardson, TX: Manager, Application Development to Design and develop enterprise software applications and platforms. Duties include: develop software solutions to meet business requirements and manage project execution to ensure adherence to schedule and scope; determine feasibility of solutions design and prepare technical design documentation; plan stages of application development to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability; write and review high quality code and perform unit and/or automation testing; confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems; monitor progress milestones and deliverables; support applications, systems, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and related healthcare activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices; and mentor junior team members. Telecommuting available. Multiple positions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience in each of the following: Software development lifecycle (SDLC); Software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting; Domain support for healthcare or retail organization, including providing data analytics support; Contributing to largescale applications development, data science, or data analytics projects; REST, SOAP, or Web Services; CircleCI, GIT, or GitHub Actions; Kotlin, Android, Java, or Gradle; XML, JSON, or Compose; and Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles. Pay Range: $156998.00/year to $185400.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
