Calling All Skilled Fitters: Your Expertise is Needed!

Are you an Experienced Fitter ready to take on exciting structural steel projects? Join our team and showcase your skills in laying out, assembling, fitting, and welding complex carbon steel structures. With over 3 years of experience in Fit & Weld operations, you’ll have the chance to lead with your expertise and mentor teammates while working on cutting-edge projects.
In this role, you’ll be hands-on, fabricating sub-pieces, ensuring precision with shop drawings, and adhering to customer specifications and industry standards. Your deep knowledge of steel shapes, sizes, mill tolerances, and AWS/AISC codes will set you apart. As a leader in quality and safety, you’ll help us maintain our reputation for excellence while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
