Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Vehicle Movement & Parking
    • Move cars around the lot or between dealership locations.
    • Park vehicles in designated areas neatly and efficiently.
    • Bring vehicles in/out of service lanes promptly.
    • Retrieve cars for test drives or after service.
  2. Customer Service
    • Greet customers and assist them when they arrive.
    • Direct customers to the appropriate department.
    • Help load or unload personal items from vehicles if needed.
    • Pick up and deliver vehicles to/from customer homes or offices if needed
  3. Vehicle Cleaning
    • Wash and vacuum vehicles before delivery or after service.
    • Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles on the lot.
  4. Lot Maintenance
    • Keep the lot clean and organized.
    • Remove debris, or trash as needed.
    • Ensure showroom and exterior displays are tidy and presentable.
    • Ensure rental vehicles are cleaned and ready.
    • Ensure vehicles are returned clean and in good condition.
    • Complete vehicle condition reports before/after rental use

    • Drive customers to and from the dealership (e.g., home, work, nearby locations) while their vehicle is being serviced.
    • Provide a safe, comfortable, and courteous ride.
    • Maintain a professional, friendly attitude and represent the dealership positively.
Additional Responsibilities & Expectations
    • Pick up/deliver parts as needed.
    • Assist service advisors or technicians when required.
    • Support dealership events or vehicle displays.
    • Ensure all vehicles are locked when not in use.
    • Transport supplies (cleaning, oil, tires, etc.) to appropriate departments.
    • Set up tents, tables, signage, banners, and flags as needed
    • Scan document into dealership management systems
    • Assist all management on additional task given.
