Shift: Mon-Tue: Off
Wed-Fri: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Sat: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Sun: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Job Description
The Customer Service Support associate will provide logistics and administrative support during evening and weekend shifts. This role is responsible for shipment tracking, customer and carrier communication, and documentation to ensure smooth transportation operations.
Responsibilities
  • Track shipments from shipper to receiver and update status in systems.
  • Communicate with customers and CTL teams on load updates and issues.
  • Coordinate with carriers on ETAs, load status, and problem resolution.
  • Keep customer representatives informed of shipment progress.
  • Manage OSD (Over, Short, and Damaged) reporting by collecting required details and photos.
  • Answer brokerage line calls from carriers regarding load updates.
