Job description

Salary: 17-20

On-site customer-facing position for a motivated, positive individual to work as an aviation customer service/concierge. Wisconsin Aviation is a full-service FBO providing support to our customers in the exciting field of general aviation/private air travel. This front desk position welcomes customers and visitors with a smile! As a front desk professional you will provide a wide breadth of services to internal and external customers. We service public and private customers and expect our employees to deliver a high-level of customer support.

Minimum 1 year working experience as a customer-facing associate. Aviation working knowledge or experience preferred, however will train dedicated persons. Our operations are 24/7 and your shift will include one weekend day and some holiday availability. Shifts are typically 6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am. First and second shift positions are currently available. Salary commensurates with experience. Benefits and PTO are offered for FT >35 hrs, including flight training discounts. PT employees have limited benefits offered.
