About This Opportunity

All Points North (APN) is seeking a dependable and compassionate Client Support Associate to join our clinical operations team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day milieu operations, collaborating with clinicians, nursing staff, hospitality teams, and case management to ensure seamless delivery of quality care and exceptional client experiences.

You'll work at the intersection of clinical care and hospitality, helping to coordinate systems, measure outcomes, and create a welcoming environment where healing can happen. We provide comprehensive training to the right candidate, and while previous healthcare experience is helpful, it's not required—we're looking for your heart and dedication.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate daily with clinical teams, nursing staff, hospitality, case management, and other caregivers to coordinate quality care and services
  • Complete and distribute daily census reports, continuously improving census accuracy and related projects
  • Produce timely and accurate information for department heads regarding guest and departmental needs
  • Work closely with case management to coordinate admissions, discharges, and ongoing case management tasks
  • Set up and manage KIPU EMR accounts and access levels to ensure system integrity and compliance
  • Review, aggregate, and report on patient outcome and satisfaction data to support performance improvement
  • Ensure all electronic health records are accurately entered and signed in KIPU
  • Support the development and implementation of clinic policies and protocols
  • Use computer systems to admit and discharge patients, coordinate follow-up appointments, and facilitate specialist referrals
  • Create efficient systems and workflows to enhance clinic operations
  • Attend, scribe, and document notes in KIPU for clinically facilitated process, trauma, and experiential groups
  • Successfully plan and facilitate psychoeducational groups
  • Provide client transportation and facility transportation as needed
  • Collaborate across departments on performance improvement initiatives and special projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and APN operations
What You'll Bring Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • 2+ years of experience working in clinical or hospitality settings with direct guest/client care
  • Experience with clinical documentation systems (KIPU experience preferred)
  • Ability to communicate respectfully and work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to follow instructions, policies, safety procedures, and established workflows
  • Dependable attendance and the ability to work the required on-site schedule
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and perform physical tasks including squatting, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Social or Human Services
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
  • Experience in behavioral health or mental health settings
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills
  • Basic understanding of medical and clinical terminology
