Bilingual Account Manager (English/Spanish)

On-Site | Full-Time
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 (Exempt)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Account Manager (English/Spanish) to support a growing print and marketing services team. This role is responsible for managing an existing portfolio of client accounts while also developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, sales-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where relationship building and follow-through are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular follow-up.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lifecycle of each project and order.
  • Resolve customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and prospecting activities.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Follow up on open opportunities and guide prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Negotiate pricing and close business while maintaining profitability goals.
  • Maintain accurate client records, activity tracking, and forecasting within CRM systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required; non-negotiable).
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in account management, inside sales, business development, customer success, or another client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in printing, marketing services, advertising, promotional products, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting restaurant, hospitality, or food service clients.
  • Some college coursework preferred, but no degree is required.
  • Experience preparing quotes, managing multiple opportunities, and closing sales.
