LOCATION: This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Bryan office located at 301 North Main Street, Bryan, TX
PAY RATE: $55k/yr

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Lexitas is seeking a relationship-focused Customer Service Manager to serve as a strategic partner between our customers and internal teams. In this highly visible role, you will work closely with operations, accounting, and support teams to ensure exceptional client experiences, proactively strengthen customer relationships, and drive long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and strategic account engagement.
  • Monitor overall customer health utilizing scheduled check-ins, feedback sessions, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) data.
  • Resolve customer concerns and service issues promptly while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to provide customer insights that help guide staffing and resource planning.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by representing client needs and perspectives in business decisions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, including operations, accounting, and support teams.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and improve service delivery.
  • Foster long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through proactive account management.
  • Participate in ongoing leadership development initiatives, professional training, and company-sponsored programs.
  • Support additional projects and initiatives that contribute to customer success and organizational growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable industry experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service, account management, customer success, or client relationship experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful customer relationships.
  • Experience working collaboratively with operational and cross-functional business teams.
  • Strong conflict resolution and customer issue management experience preferred.
