Customer Success Manager

A rapidly growing security technology company is seeking a Customer Success Manager to deliver a white-glove onboarding experience for new clients. You'll be the primary point of contact after the sale, ensuring customers are successfully onboarded, building strong relationships, and creating an outstanding client experience from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers from contract signing through onboarding.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to keep implementations on track and ensure timely completion.
  • Proactively communicate updates, answer questions, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Follow up with customers after onboarding to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to strengthen the relationship.
  • Attend industry trade shows and occasionally visit customer sites to build relationships and represent the company.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, Client Services, Project Coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Friendly, confident, and professional with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in an office setting.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and customer visits.
