Pour ce faire, il doit récupérer les articles dans différents rayons du magasin pour exécuter rapidement les commandes et les emballer avec soin afin d’éviter qu’ils ne soient endommagés, pour ensuite étiqueter les commandes avec exactitude et les placer dans les aires d’entreposage désignées jusqu’à ce qu’elles quittent le magasin et soient chargées dans le camion. Le préposé à la préparation des commandes de jour fait partie de l’équipe du comptoir de services et doit donc être à l’aise d’effectuer des transactions de base ayant trait aux commandes clients, comme se charger des retours et des ventes au point de vente, répondre aux appels téléphoniques des clients et leur téléphoner, ainsi que consulter des commandes dans le système de gestion des commandes clients (GCC) ou des remarques dans le système. Principales responsabilités: Satisfaction de la clientèle Respecter le modèle de service à la clientèle Passez à l’ACTion de Home Depot (accueillir le client, créer un lien et terminer par des remerciements). Faire de la place pour entreposer les commandes en attendant qu’elles soient livrées. Emballer et étiqueter les commandes avec soin pour éviter d’endommager les produits et prévenir tout dégât au cours du transport.
