We are currently working with a family-owned manufacturing company seeking an Customer Service Associate to join their Madison, WI location. Our client is a family-owned manufacturer, who is known for their strong culture and long-tenured workforce, that has been serving customers for nearly 50 years.
What's the role?
The Customer Service Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers and plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position is responsible for assisting customers with product information, order management, shipping inquiries, and service-related requests while maintaining professional and timely communication.
In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives on developing strong customer relationships that foster long-term business partnerships. Responsibilities also include supporting the order entry process, managing administrative tasks, and learning the company's products and systems to become a trusted resource for customers
What experience and skills do I need to be successful?
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience or a related role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling challenging situations and tight deadlines with professionalism
