About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Product Specialist to join the Solutions team. This role is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with asset managers and financial institutions while supporting both alternative investment education, portfolio construction and identity-based compliance solutions on the iCapital platform.
The Product Specialist serves as a trusted client partner throughout the relationship lifecycle, guiding onboarding, driving platform adoption, and maintaining ongoing engagement across education and compliance capabilities. This role requires a proactive, client centric mindset, with a focus on platform enablement, regulatory awareness, and long-term relationship growth in a dynamic, highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management of existing asset manager client relationships.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a seamless transition from initial engagement through full solution adoption, while maintaining ongoing touchpoints to review new features, provide visibility into additional iCapital solutions and drive continued client engagement.
  • Provide ongoing training to existing clients, including refresher sessions that reinforce effective platform usage, and deliver platform demonstrations.
  • Support account renewals and upsell initiatives by managing administrative workflows that drive client retention and expansion. Negotiate renewals as needed for the solution.
  • Develop a general understanding of the regulatory considerations relevant to client workflows and how iCapital solutions support those requirements.
  • Maintain Salesforce data and reporting to support team performance tracking and visibility.
  • Work on special projects as requested.

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years in client-facing roles such as a client success manager, account manager, customer success manager, business development or sales, preferably in a SaaS, Financial Services or fintech environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and able to clearly explain technical concepts to clients
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts through various solutions, prioritize tasks, and work on several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce

Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
