Job Title: Customer Service
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to customers. In this role, you will answer questions, resolve concerns, process orders, and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Shift:8am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers by phone, email, or in person.
  • Answer questions and resolve customer concerns.
  • Process orders, returns, and account updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
  • Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
