ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Answer phones regarding shortages, overages, pick-ups, and orders
  • Key in credits and pick-ups.
  • Maintains retails, customizations, item replacements, shelf tags, price books, etc.
  • Authorizes and retails bookings, posters and show products.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to four years customer relations experience.
  • Experience with computers and 10-key required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Multi-tasking and deadline driven preferred.
