Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Trainer to develop and implement training programs for our customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing team performance, improving customer experience standards, and ensuring alignment with the company's service goals and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
  • Develop and update training manuals, materials, and performance tools.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide targeted coaching and support.
