Position Overview
A successful State Farm Agent in Alpharetta is seeking a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Representative to join their team. If you enjoy talking to people, are driven by results, and want an opportunity to grow into a licensed insurance role, this could be a great fit.
Your job will be to generate new business and set qualified appointments for our Sales Team. If you're competitive, money-motivated, and comfortable on the phone, this role offers strong earning potential with no income cap.
What You'll Do
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers (warm and cold leads)
  • Set appointments for the sales team
  • Identify customer needs and generate interest in insurance products
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline
