Telemarketer (B2B Lead Generator / Appointment Setter)

Earn up to $45k-55k base + uncapped commission

What You'll Be Doing
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and key decision-makers
  • Build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and handle objections effectively
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team

Multi-Channel Outreach
  • Engage prospects through phone, email, text, and social media
  • Support and execute targeted outreach campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and approach

CRM & Pipeline Management
  • Track all outreach and activity within Salesforce (or similar CRM)
  • Follow up consistently with warm and prospective leads
  • Ensure a smooth and professional handoff to Outside Sales
