Job description

The Snowsports Customer Service Specialist focuses on the sales side of delivery of Snowsports lessons. The SDC Customer Service Specialist (CSS) is responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and various other forms of communications to ensure the customer is receiving the highest quality of service and the appropriate product. The SDC CSS will be responsible for operating a point of sale (POS) in the lodge to assist customers as needed. The SDC CSS will work closely with other department desks including Rentals, Reservations, and Customer Services.

Essential Duties:

Must be able to maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition in high-stress situations;

Be able to multi-task and decisively solve problems under pressure;

Greet customers in a pleasant manner;

Be knowledgeable of all Mohawk practices and explain them to novice customers;

Cashiering duties, responsible for balancing drawer;

Utilize computerized systems to deliver fast and efficient service to customers;

Provide customers with information to make the best purchasing decision;

Provide customers with quality customer service experience;

Be able to handle multiple phone lines.
