About The Role
Realm Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Member Services team at our Dallas, TX office. This full-time, hourly position is ideal for someone who excels at providing exceptional customer service and seamlessly communicates in both English and Spanish. As a critical part of our team, you will help ensure a positive experience for our members by addressing their needs with empathy and professionalism. What You'll Do
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to members in both English and Spanish.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Accurately document member interactions and maintain thorough records in our system.
  • Work collaboratively with the Member Services team to ensure the highest level of support for our members.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and resolve any challenges or issues faced by members.
  • Provide empathetic, solutions-oriented assistance to maintain high member satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide members with accurate and relevant information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
