  • Rate: CAD $23-$26/hour + Commissions $
  • Type: Full-time

???? What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide fast, professional solutions to client inquiries via phone, email, chat
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions
  • Document requests in our support system and route them appropriately
  • Create informative self-help content (written & video) for our community
  • Assist brokerage implementations with a specialist as needed
  • Develop new business and renewals — make recurring client calls, build lasting relationships
  • Promote and propose our training courses
  • Analyse client business needs and propose complementary solutions

  • Excellent communication skills in French & English, spoken + written
  • Experience with customer support via phone/email
  • Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, cross-sell
