We are a dynamic team of individuals focused on providing our customers with quality products and superior customer service. Your Contributions to the Team:

The Customer Support Representative (CSR) assists with a variety of administrative tasks to support and manage daily requirements for existing customer accounts and/or prospects.

What We Are Looking For:

Primary Skills

  • Processes orders received via fax, email and web including sending order acknowledgements to the customer
  • Communicates price changes, product shortages/estimated "back in-stock" dates, possible substitutions, discontinued items and other order specific information to customers at time of order confirmation
  • Coordinates or completes all paperwork associated with specific client requirements for shipments including customs documents, pallet tags and certificates of analysis (COA)
  • Requests credits, debits, or adjustments when needed and ensures they are processed to completion in a timely fashion
  • Responds appropriately to customer complaints, facilitates resolution and provides follow-up communication in a timely manner
  • Communicates pick-up, call tags and inventory changes to supporting departments
  • Engages with customers via inbound phone call to answer general questions about GloryBee, order or product specific questions and to assist with use of the GloryBee website
  • Supports customer account set-up

Additional Skills

  • Detail-oriented and proactive in managing order compliance and meeting customer requirements.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related field, with specific experience in EDI processing.
  • Strong attention to detail, with experience managing orders across multiple systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and EDI tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, SPS, or other EDI platforms).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
