Critter Wranglers - Customer Service Representative/Pest and Wildlife scheduling

Critter Wranglers Wildlife and Pest Control, one of the top-rated pest and wildlife control companies in the Greater Knoxville area, is looking for a friendly, organized and detail-oriented customer service representative with scheduling and dispatching experience to join our growing team.

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play an integral role in shaping their experience with our company, making you a highly valued member of our staff. In this role, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, turning those calls into scheduled, revenue-producing jobs and explaining services to customers. You'll also handle route optimization to keep our technicians' schedules full, take detailed notes on accounts, follow up on unsold estimates and open leads to keep the pipeline full and handle scheduling changes without letting the day fall apart. Responsibilities at a glance

Requirements

  • This is an in-office, non-remote position
  • Previous experience in pest control, wildlife removal, HVAC, plumbing or a similar home services or field service industry is a plus
  • Experience in scheduling, dispatching or route optimization preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to control a Cconversation without sounding pushy
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office
  • Must pass a background check
