Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative to join a team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a business-casual, non-micromanaged environment and is eager to grow within a well-established company. The position involves supporting accounts ranging from 1 to 250 trucks, ensuring accuracy in paperwork, quoting, and database management.
Compensation Package
  • Base Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 annually
  • Total Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 annually (including monthly incentives based on book of business)
  • Benefits:
    • Employee stock purchase program
    • Comprehensive training and licensing support (P&C license covered by the company)
    • Limited travel covered by the company
Responsibilities
  • Review and process paperwork from producers.
  • Bind policies and ensure database accuracy.
  • Handle applications, quotes, and proof of insurance issuance.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams.
  • Utilize AMS and EPIC software for daily operations.
  • Support accounts ranging from 1 to 250 trucks.
  • Maintain a paperless workflow using e-pay systems.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: No prior insurance experience required; candidates from carrier or captive backgrounds are welcome.
  • Licensing: Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 60 days of employment (company-sponsored).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS and EPIC software preferred.
