Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer quote requests and purchase orders.

  • Convert quotes into sales orders.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management on technical and commercial inquiries.

  • Provide customers with product information and transaction support.

  • Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, policies, and procedures.

  • Build strong customer relationships to increase loyalty and repeat business.

  • Meet departmental KPIs and performance targets.

  • Handle returns (RGAs), credits, and customer complaints.

  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B customer service experience or a college degree.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong math, analytical, and technical aptitude.
