Now Hiring: Service & Sales Representative Trainee โ€“ Indianapolis, IN

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service & Sales Representative to join our Indianapolis team. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route.

About the Role

After paid training, you'll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.

What Youโ€™ll Get

  • $60,000-$65,000 annually, with a typical 45+ hour workweek including $23/hr in hourly pay, overtime, and on-call bonuses
  • Consistent schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 7:00 AMโ€“4:30 PM
  • On-call rotation: Once every 4-5 weeks.
  • Company-provided resources: Vehicle during business hours, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training
