  • Be able to explain services clearly without using high-pressure sales tactics
  • Remain calm, patient, and professional when assisting customers
  • Be organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Have strong computer and data-entry skills
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Work well independently and as part of a small office team

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry
  • Previous experience using ServiceTitan software
  • Experience with a multi-line phone system
  • Experience scheduling service appointments
  • Customer service or inside-sales experience in a service-based business

Experience with ServiceTitan or within the home services industry is preferred, but Faithco is willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
