AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll manage the customer experience from the first conversation through scheduling and service. You'll help customers understand their options, coordinate insurance information when needed, identify additional vehicle-service needs, and recommend solutions that make sense for the customer.

This is an active, customer-facing position for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, learning new services, and confidently making recommendations. It is more than a traditional receptionist role - you'll play an important part in helping customers make informed decisions while supporting AGC's customer service and performance goals.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as a key point of contact for AGC customers and help guide them through their service experience.

  • Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming experience

  • Build positive relationships with customers and understand their individual needs

  • Manage several customer conversations, appointments, and follow-ups throughout the day

  • Schedule auto glass and car care services

  • Answer questions about windshield repair and other services

  • Help customers understand available service options and pricing

  • Assist with insurance claim information and required documentation

  • Identify vehicle damage and additional service needs

  • Confidently recommend services and solutions that make sense for the customer

  • Recommend additional services, including window tint, hail damage repair, headlight restoration, and mobile auto glass service
