POSITION: Project Manager
Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering strategic, operational, digital, regulatory, and merger-related initiatives across the Bank. Working closely with business leaders, technology teams, operations, risk management, compliance, and external vendors, this role ensures projects are successfully delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in accordance with regulatory and governance requirements.
The Project Manager serves as the central point of coordination for assigned initiatives, providing leadership, communication, risk management, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle from intake and planning through implementation and post-launch review.
Key Result Areas:
• Lead multiple concurrent projects supporting strategic and operational objectives.
• Develop and maintain project charters, work plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and status reporting in accordance with the organizational standards.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Manage project scope and ensure alignment with business requirements and strategic goals.
• Drive project execution through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Partner with project sponsors, business leaders, and subject matter experts to define objectives and success criteria.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects comply with bank policies, regulatory requirements, audit expectations, and governance standards.
• Escalate significant risks and issues to appropriate stakeholders and governance committees.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Monitor vendor deliverables, timelines, and contractual obligations.
• Support system implementations, digital banking initiatives, process improvements, and technology modernization efforts.
• Track project performance using established PMO methodologies and tools.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and reporting.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate project records.
• Measure project outcomes and support post-implementation benefit realization reviews.
• Promote project management best practices throughout the organization.
• Contribute to PMO standards, templates, methodologies, and governance processes.
• Participate in lessons-learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Banking, financial services, fintech, or regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving operations, digital banking, technology, compliance, or business process transformation.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of banking operations, risk management, compliance, and regulatory expectations is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead without direct authority.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Planner, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other project/portfolio management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Salary Range: $93,600 - $125,000
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $93,600 - $125,000. Cambridge Saving Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
