Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys working in the field, building strong customer relationships, and leading restoration projects from start to finish? If you are organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the field execution of residential and commercial restoration projects. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating crews, subcontractors, and project activities to ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities
Field Inspections
  • Perform on-site property inspections.
  • Assess property damage and identify emergency service needs.
  • Document existing conditions.
  • Develop accurate scopes of work.
Customer Management
  • Guide customers through the restoration process.
  • Set clear expectations from project start through completion.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers.
  • Obtain all required authorizations and project documentation.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the project.
Scope Development
  • Prepare complete field documentation packages.
