We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing and supportive team. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries, orders, and service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and responsive support through phone, email, online chat, and in-person interactions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences
  • Process customer orders, transactions, account updates, and service requests accurately and efficiently
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism, patience, and a solutions-focused approach
  • Manage conflict resolution, negotiations, and customer objections while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and identify effective solutions by understanding customer needs and company processes
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, company policies, procedures, and promotions
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records, account information, and documentation
  • Follow up with customers regarding promotions, new product offerings, upcoming events, and company initiatives
  • Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities as required
  • Assist the Branch Administrator and Warehouse team with administrative and operational tasks
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records when required
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and service expectations are exceeded
  • Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support overall branch operations
Candidate Requirements
  • Post-secondary education is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required (entry-level candidates will not be considered)
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and professional
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry, typing, and experience using customer management systems or business software
  • Professional appearance and positive workplace demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively in both an office setting and warehouse environment
  • Ability to occasionally lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs when required
Working Conditions
  • Primarily office-based with occasional responsibilities in the warehouse environment
  • Regular use of computer systems, telephone, and customer communication platforms
  • Requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer interactions throughout the day
  • Flexibility to work additional hours occasionally based on business needs
