As we expand our commercial operations, we are looking for a dedicated, sharp, and growth-minded Customer Service Specialist to be the welcoming voice and operational backbone of our office.

  • First Point of Contact: Answering incoming phone calls and monitoring customer emails with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude.
  • Customer Support & Problem Solving: Listening to customer needs, troubleshooting basic inquiries, and ensuring every client feels heard and taken care of.
  • Communication: Serving as the central hub between our customers, field service management team, and upper management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Administrative Support: Maintaining accurate customer records and assisting with day-to-day office tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Customer-First Attitude: Friendly, polite, and confident on the phone and in email correspondence.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Quick on your feet, resourceful, and eager to help resolve issues effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Able to multitask, manage emails, and keep track of incoming service requests without dropping the ball.
