Summary

Organize, enter and verify all online web-based orders received, into company database.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for accurately processing, printing and delivering to the shipping dept all incoming web-based order entries received from Shopify websites, QVC, Walmart.com, Faire etc.

· Resolve Web order customers service issues.

· Process web returned merchandise and associated customer refunds.

· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager(s).

· Follow company policies and procedures and support company mission, vision and standards of ethics.

· Daily attendance required to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion.
