ORDER ENTRY CLERK

Extron has an opening for an Order Entry Clerk to work at our Anaheim, CA location. The Order Entry Clerk provides essential support to the local sales team.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Working within a high-volume order entry department processing orders for the sales department.
  • Communicating with customers to provide order confirmations, order status, tracking, special requests or issues, etc.
  • Collaborate with sales, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and address special requests or issues.
Qualified candidates will have:
  • 2+ years' experience working within an order entry and customer service environment.
  • Data Entry Skills: High accuracy and speed in entering information into computer system.
  • Excellent typing and ten key skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment.

Salary Range: $21.50 to $22.50 per hour. Pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
