As a Customer Service Manager at Myer Miranda you'll be the driving force behind our customer service excellence - leading teams across multiple departments to deliver outstanding service and achieve strong results. You'll champion the Myer strategy, manage daily operations, and provide ongoing coaching and leadership to your team.

Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager and working closely with the broader leadership team, this pivotal role offers excellent opportunities for career progression and succession planning.

About The Role:

  • Lead and manage daily department operations to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance 
  • Inspire and develop your team through effective coaching, feedback, and recognition
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture by role modelling service excellence
