Customer Service Manager

Schedule: In Office, M-F
Salary: $110,000-$120,000

A privately held, full-service manufacturing company in Denver specializing in custom panels, cabinetry, and innovative manufacturing solutions is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead customer service operations across multiple product lines.

This role requires strong cabinetry and panel processing knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, and proven leadership experience. The Customer Service Manager will oversee order entry and order processing teams, serve as a technical resource for customers and internal teams, and partner closely with operations, production, and leadership to ensure seamless order flow from start to finish.

Supervisory Responsibilities of Customer Service Manager:

  • Lead and develop a team of 5โ€“7 direct reports, including order entry and order processing team members

Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Manager:

  • Oversee customer service operations supporting custom cabinetry, panels, and related manufactured products
  • Lead and mentor the customer service/order management team
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry, processing, and communication with production teams
  • Serve as a technical resource regarding materials, manufacturing capabilities, and product feasibility
  • Support customer inquiries related to builds, designs, timelines, and production capabilities
  • Partner with sales, operations, and production teams to resolve issues and improve workflows

Qualifications of Customer Service Manager:

  • 5+ years of experience in cabinetry, millwork, custom manufacturing, or a closely related environment strongly preferred

  • Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and custom product environments
  • Experience with ERP/order management systems; Allmoxy and Sage experience preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
