Accurately taking and entering customer orders via phone.

Monitoring customer order patterns and identifying trends or concerns.

Proactively contacting appropriate personnel to resolve issues.

Managing multiple high-volume phone lines with professionalism and efficiency.

Supporting customers with questions or updates regarding products or services.
