This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, managing technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving operational efficiency and profitability.

•Lead, supervise, and support a team of Service Technicians

•Schedule and dispatch service calls efficiently to meet customer needs and maximize productivity

•Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field technicians

•Ensure quality control of service work and adherence to company standards

•Monitor KPIs including response times, first-call resolution, labor efficiency, and revenue goals

•Oversee inventory management, parts ordering, and fleet maintenance
