About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our operations — supporting client relationships, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every order is executed seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional support

Assist with order entry, tracking, and delivery scheduling

Collaborate with internal teams (dispatch, warehouse, operations) to ensure smooth execution

Monitor shipments and proactively communicate updates to clients

Maintain accurate account records, documentation, and reporting

Help resolve service issues quickly, ensuring a positive customer experience

Support account management with reporting and data insights

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or logistics (preferred)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM/logistics systems are a plus

A solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
