Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Sterling Heights, MI (Partially Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire

Our client is an insurance agency specializing in property and casualty insurance products. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the owner of the firm in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer policy change requests
  • Respond to inquiries, service requests, and sales requests within specified timeframes
  • Write and service policies in the Guidewire system
  • Perform policy reviews to correct issues and optimize coverage options based on client needs
  • Meet with clients in person
  • Cross-selling and client retention tasks
  • Assist with marketing and lead follow-up
  • Organize documentation received from clients and carriers in the agency CRM system
