Job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to answer customer questions, schedule appointments, and dispatch our Technicians to jobs. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment.

Service Titan experience is a plus. Plumbing experience is a plus. Proficiency in Excel, Teams, Email, QuickBooks Online, and Adobe E-sign is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls, take notes, and record information accurately such as customer's name , address, service needs, etc
  • Create jobs, schedule service calls and dispatch Technicians to the appropriate jobs
  • Keep records of service calls and work orders
  • Mathematical Skills: Applicant must have the ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest , commissions, proportions, measurements, percentages , area of circumference, volume and basic math skills
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong customer service skills - your voice should be friendly, confident and reassuring. Honesty in communicating required.
  • Experience working with maps, knowledge of geographical area and giving directions
  • Strong computer skills, including Service Titan, Word, Excel, Adobe, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the company
  • Organizational skills helpful
  • Manage multiple tasks and high stress situations
  • Experience in the plumbing, restoration, property management or construction industries a plus, but not required
