Job description

Mandate: 

Reporting to the department Manager, the Customer Service Representative will process & review international cargo and manage booking transactions for a portfolio of clients. The candidate will also communicate with clients over the phone, in writing, and via person to maintain satisfaction and meet the company target(s) while providing administrative support to the freight services team. Lastly, the candidate will conduct customer review calls as per company requests. 

 
Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in the Freight Forwarding environment 
  • College Diploma in Supply Chain Management, International Transportation & Customs, or related field is considered an asset 
  • Experience inCargoWiseOne systemor related systems is considered an asset
