Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the voice of SLC, providing exceptional service through phone and email. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, taking orders, and educating our customers about our products.

Welcome to the SLC fast lane! Here, every day is a new adventure as you'll be tasked with making decisions that require you to think on your feet and deliver solutions that make a real difference. Prior customer service experience is required, but we will provide training to bring you up to speed.

This full-time, non-exempt position offers a comprehensive benefits package, making it an outstanding opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in the customer service field.

Position Details:

  • Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, with one mandatory Saturday per month and two days off per week
  • Average Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

  • Manage incoming calls, place customer orders, online chats, written letters, and resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Deepen customer relationships by responding to inquiries, documenting actions, and providing support to ensure they excel in their craft.
  • Prepare for customer inquiries by studying our products, services, and customer service processes through our training programs and other outlets.
