Customer Service Representative

We are excited to announce a full-time Customer Service Representative position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will contribute to the mission of FrankCrum by delivering exceptional day-to-day service and administrative support for commercial insurance clients. The role supports Agency Leadership, Account Executives, and Account Managers by processing policy transactions, maintaining accurate client records, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate execution of service activities that contribute to client satisfaction and retention.

The Attributes We Seek

1. High school education or equivalent. 2. One (1) year of commercial insurance, customer service, or administrative support experience preferred. 3. Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License required. 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
