Success in this role requires a unique combination of relationship management, project management, sales operations, and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable influencing without authority, and motivated by driving measurable business outcomes.

This hire may be based in Washington, D.C.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central point of coordination across SLs, PDEs, PDRs, and partners
  • Drive follow-up efforts to ensure opportunities do not stall, age, or go unworked
  • Maintain accountability for activation speed, scheduling coordination, and lead-to-visit conversion outcomes
  • Identify and remove barriers preventing opportunities from advancing
  • Re-engage stalled opportunities and develop creative activation strategies when traditional outreach is unsuccessful

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with lead passers and PDRs to align outreach strategies, messaging, and next steps
  • Influence stakeholders across the organization to ensure timely action and follow-through
  • Navigate complex organizational dynamics to accelerate engagement and remove roadblocks

Introduction Generation & Campaign Management

  • Activate newly acquired database contacts and strategic account lists to identify introduction opportunities
  • Partner with lead passers to convert relationship intelligence into actionable introductions

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree with excellent academic record

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Great attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Experience in sales operations, business development, account management, consulting, project management, or a related field
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred

* Commitment to embracing a continual learning environment and contributing to a dynamic and welcoming culture of fairness, authenticity, and belonging in support of EAB's mission, values, and aspiration.

If you've reached this section of the job description and are unsure of whether to apply, please do! At EAB, we welcome new perspectives and learn from each other's unique experiences. We would encourage you to submit an application if this is a role you would be passionate about doing every day.

  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with annual discretionary company matching contribution
  • Health savings account, healthcare and dependent care flexible spending account, and pre-tax commuter plans
  • Employee assistance program with counseling services and resources available to all employees and immediate family
